So, I love cheese. I have met over 50 cheesemakers, I co-authored a book about Wisconsin’s master cheesemakers, I have 5 different cheeses in my fridge right now. So when I say that Rachel might love cheese more than I do, realize that carries some weight.

When Rachel told me about the cake of cheeses she and Rob were planning to have in lieu of a cake, I knew just the thing they needed – their own engraved cheese trier for sampling the cheeses.
