Splendor without Diminishment – Cara and Nate’s first dance at the Lumber Exchange

This weekend saw Cara and Nate’s wedding – lovely, joyous, warm, delightful. Many Canadian accents mixed with raucous Iowan ones, made the day surrounded by exuberant support of family and friend. And in the middle, Cara and Nate.

Manitoba doesn’t have an official motto, being too stoic to have to crow about itself. But I stumbled upon the motto for British Columbia – “splendour without diminishment.” Seems like right summary for such a splendid couple.
