Later this year, downtown Minneapolis will see the opening of Haute Dish restaurant. I was lucky enough to take some photos of some of the partners in their semi-finished space – based on what is already there, I cannot wait to see it in action.

crystal - You are so good with your flash. On another note: my boss called me into his office and said, ” I know you are a photographer so you should check out this photo”, then he pulled up the heavy table on his computer and showed me your cranberry bog shot. We work at a food co-op so a blend of photography and food is always much appreciated. Small world.
