It is true that most weddings I attend have dancing, but it is also true that Kate & Chris chose perfectly for their tastes when they chose to forgo the traditional dance floor in favor of a lovely string quartet and many board games. It was a truly lovely evening!

I was going for a fun and light but slightly vintage feel, which is what the college club vibe is all about anyway.

One of the best parts about the venue is that there is a lot of natural light. It used to be a mansion, and the rooms all have wonderful windows out to the grounds and let in a lot of light.  It was really fun to balance that with some of my off camera lighting to add more texture to the photos. These are some images where the balance of natural lighting and flash worked just how I imagined!
