If in the first act you have hung a pistol on the wall, then in the following one it should be fired.
-Chekhov
Just as Checkov envisioned, the nerf dart launchers that were featured among the groomsmen at the beginning of the wedding day had become a dance hazard by the reception; bridesmaids dodging sucker-tipped darts across the dance floor.

Which is exactly how, I think, Mandy and Daniel envisioned their Stillwater Historic Courthouse Wedding: their love of each other extends to their slightly dorky interests that have become mutual – the card game of “Exploding Kittens”, the Magic the Gathering -themed place cards, the photos in the defunct old jail room.
Their wedding was full of hilarity and joy and unexpected foam darts. I am sure that the rest of their marriage will follow suit!
