JJ Hill Library Wedding

The James J Hill Library on Rice Park is a magnificent building with an unbeatable interior. In 2019, the library was closed to the public and has been resold, hopefully to open again as an event space.

It is a space I have absolutely adored photographing over the years, and is truly one of the most amazing architectural spaces in the Twin Cities. Below are some of my favorite images from weddings at the JJ Hill Library, as well as some ideas for wedding venues that are similar to the JJ Hill library.

Looking comfortable in photos is all about feeling comfortable. And you can only feel comfortable if you are actually enjoying yourself. This is never more true than with wedding photography!
