Van Dusen Mansion Wedding Minneapolis – Yibai and Lee

Yibai and Lee’s Van Dusen Mansion Wedding was a total joy. After their good humor when it rained for their engagement photos (rainy day engagement photos are awesome!), I knew they were both practical and so darn happy together! Which brings me to one of my proudest moments as a wedding photographer: I managed to get 25 military men to all look at me at the same time for a photo. Nicollet Island Pavilion Wedding – Elise and Nate

Oh, my. Where to start with Elise and Nate and their Nicollet Island Pavilion Wedding? I guess I can start with the rain. Because it definitely rained. Mostly misty but followed by a slightly unwelcome drizzle. And it was gorgeous – not only the excellent tuxes and the dresses, but the throaty laughter and the bright joy were also gorgeous. Elise and Nate, obviously, were exceedingly dapper. But they were also totally present – laughing, flowing, chatting.
