For those of us who attended UW Madison, there is a part of you that comes alive when you hear a good marching band. Having a wedding featuring the UW Marching band is almost like a homecoming, and also like the start of a new chapter.
This is a love story. Yes it is a love story between MaryClaire and Patrick. It is also love of the UW Marching Band for your Madison Wedding. Does it feature the UW Marching Band’s 5th Quarter performance? Yes, complete with Bucky Badger.

UW Marching Band Wedding Performance
As New Orleans has a tradition of a second line, the UW Marching Band has a 5th quarter. Both use the power of horns and drums to make music tangible and full of energy, if only for a short time. One comes with a Badger mascot.

Featuring Bucky Badger and a dozen members of the marching band. This performance is not only great music, but interactive, marching through the guests and into the dance floor. This is why you have the UW Marching Band for your Madison Wedding

Memorial Union Great Hall Wedding Reception

Couples choose the Great Hall because of its history and connection to the University of Wisconsin. It is also a gorgeous classic ballroom in its own right and part of the Memorial Union building. Photos in the hallways, exterior grand staircase, and Union Terrace are all amazing ways to bring Madison into your wedding celebration.

Wedding Portraits at Wisconsin Capitol
Madison also has a uniquely public and gorgeous capitol building and grounds. The grounds are open to the public and very well loved. This is a perfect stop for bringing in more Madison feel to your portraits.

Wedding Ceremony at Grace Episcopal Church in Madison
Elegance inside and a warm and welcoming atmosphere made Grace Episcopal Church in Madison a perfect space for MaryClaire and Patrick’s wedding ceremony. The architectural detail is on of my favorite aspects of photographing in this church.
